
The SouSou Sliders come in a practical nylon bag and consist of a hard plastic side and a soft underside for controlled and joint-friendly training, depending on the surface.
You use the soft side for hard surfaces like wood or stone floors. You use the hard side on soft surfaces like carpets.
Care & Cleaning of Sliders
Regular Care

After each use, remove sweat, dust or dirt with a slightly damp cloth.

Allow the sliders to dry completely before storing to avoid odors or material damage.

Only use on clean, suitable surfaces to prevent unnecessary abrasion.
Cleaning the Plastic Side

Wipe with a damp cloth and, if necessary, a mild detergent.

Carefully remove stubborn dirt with a soft sponge.

Do not use aggressive cleaners, solvents or abrasives, as these can damage the surface.
Cleaning the Soft Underside

Gently clean the soft side with a damp microfiber cloth.

For heavier soiling, use lukewarm water with a little mild detergent.

Do not soak or wring to maintain the material structure.
Machine Washing
Not suitable for washing machine.
The sliders must not be cleaned in the washing machine, as both the plastic side and the soft underside can be damaged.
Drying & Storage

After cleaning, air dry.

Do not dry on a heater, in a tumble dryer or in direct sunlight.

After complete drying, store in the supplied nylon bag.

Store in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
Care of the Nylon Bag

The nylon bag can be washed on a gentle cycle at max. 30 °C if necessary.

Use mild detergent, no fabric softener or bleach.

Air dry and do not tumble dry.
Additional Tips for a Long Lifespan
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry before use.
- Avoid contact with oils, creams or harsh cleaning agents.
- Do not bend or heavily load the sliders when not in use.
